In the present volume the author will identify and study sum of Trotsky's lies and examine how this changes our understanding of key activities and of Soviet history during the 1930s.
Part One of the present book consists of the process of verification of those fact claims made by defendants in the three Moscow Trials. This project is important for understanding what Trotsky was doing during the 1930s.
Part two is the discussion of some interesting and bold lies by Trotsky that author has discovered and the implication of those lies.
Grover Furr began studying Russian language and literature as a teenager and became interested in Soviet history about a decade later. He has conducted extensive research on the Stalin period of Soviet history, on and off since the 1970s, and intensely for the past decade. Furr teaches in the English Department at Monttclaire State University. He has a PhD in Medieval Comparative literature from Princeton University.
