V.B. Gupta has got an experience of nearly 64 years in the field of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations while working in public, private, cooperative sectors and Bank Association. He has retired as Chief Personnel, Punjab National Bank. He was deputed to Indian Bank Association as Deputy Personnel Advisor for 3 years. Mr. Gupta was the Hon. General Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Management Association from 1980 to 1984. He was a member of National Institute of Personnel Management and Uttar Pradesh Management Association and is Life Member of the All India Management Association. Presently he is advising one of the big cooperative sector bank- SVC Cooperative Bank.
