Sanjay Upadhayaya, LLM, PhD (Labout Law), is currently working as Senior Faculty member at V V Giri National Labour Institute, Noida. He has the experience of more than 30 years of training and research focusing on various aspects of labour. Areas of his key interest include- Labour Laws, Regulation of Wages, Conditions of Work and Social Security with the focus on marginalised and unorganised section of workers. He has to his credit a large number of publications in the form of books, articles in edited volumes and journals including publications on history and evolution of trade union movement in India.

Rutvikkumar Makwana, a dedicated social worker has done his MPhil from the prestigious Delhi School of Social Work (DSSW). He is currently pursuing PhD at Department of Social Work, Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University). His interest lies in Social Research, Labour Studies and Community Development. Earlier he has worked at V V Giri National Labour Institute as Research Associate.

Anand Raj is a PhD student in the Department of Liberal Arts at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Hyderabad. His areas of interest lies in Labour Studies, Science and Technology and Housing and Education. Anand has done his masters in political science from the University of Delhi and was an Urban Fellow at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS). He has worked at Azim Premji University and V.V. Giri National Labour Institute as a Research Intern and Research Associate, respectively.
