Baninder Rahi is a Senior Assistant Professor at the Vivekananda School of Journalism & Mass Communication (VSJMC), Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies-Technical Campus (VIPS-TC) New Delhi, where she has been serving since August 1, 2013. Before transitioning into academia, she built a strong foundation in journalism with leading dailies such as The Indian Express, The Pioneer, and The Daily Post, where she covered education, legal affairs, health, and state government beats. Her academic journey is distinguished by excellence. She holds a doctorate in Mass Communication & Journalism from Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh, and was a gold medallist in her postgraduate programme. She also earned a Social Sciences Honours degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.

Sidharth Mishra, Chairperson of the Vivekananda School of Journalism and Mass Communication (VSJMC), VIPS-TC, GGSIPU, a seasoned print media journalist, TV panellist, UN resource person, documentary filmmaker, and author, he brings over 30 years of experience to the field. Prof. Mishra has reported on every general election since 1996 and served as a legislative and parliamentary correspondent for two decades. His assignments have taken him across the globe, including the Gulf, Africa, Afghanistan, Taiwan, and Ireland. Alongside his extensive media career, he is a respected academic, with published works from leading institutions such as Oxford and Cambridge universities, as well as the National Book Trust of India. In the past, he has served as Chairman of the Governing Body at Maharaja Agrasen College, Shivaji College, and Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi.
